• Where is the Alternative Cancer Treatment Clinic located?

  The Alternative Cancer Treatment, known as Rapha Clinic is located just 10 minutes south of the Border in Tijuana, Mexico. Hope 4 Cancer is conveniently located 40 minutes from the San Diego California International Airport. Take HIGHWAY 5 South all the way to the INTERNATIONAL BORDER. When you cross the border you want to be in the FIRST LANE FROM THE RIGHT. All of the lanes will split off from one another and go in different directions. The lane you are in will have a SIGN, that says " ENSENADA ROSARITO SCENIC ROAD" you want to make sure that you follow this sign. Making a right turn towards the scenic road to PLAYAS DE TIJUANA. You are now headed WEST alongside the border fence. You will drive for a couple of miles making your way up to the top of a big hill. At the top of the hill the road will curve to the left and head downhill. Towards the bottom of the road will split to the RIGHT, again, the SIGN will say ROSARITO, ENSENADA AND PLAYAS. Take this split to the right and follow it until you come to the exit PLAYAS DE TIJUANA. From the split to the exit is about 1 mile. Take the exit straight down into PLAYAS and go to the THIRD STOP LIGHT. The BULLRING will be on your right. TURN RIGHT at this light and continue straight until you reach the stop sign. TURN LEFT on AVENUE DEL PACIFICO. The clinic is 1 1/2 blocks down on your left hand side. The number is #650 and the name on the clinic is RAPHA CLINIC. • If I am not comfortable driving in Mexico are there any other options?

  YES, there are two other options. One is to drive to the border on Interstate 5 South until you come to the last USA exit which is Camino de la Plaza. Take this exit and continue straight into the Paid Parking Lot ($9.00 per day). Park in this lot and follow the signs that will lead you into Mexico by walking. Immediately after crossing the border you will see the YELLOW TAXI station. Please ask the taxi driver to take you to Ave del Pacifico #650, Playas de Tijuana, B.C.,MX. Inform the driver that the destination is near the BULLRING in Playas de Tijuana. The approximate cost should be $10.00 each way. Another option is to call the clinic 619-308-7102 and arrange for our driver to pick you up on the US side of the border. At that time, the secretary will give you a designated meeting place. The driver will take you to the clinic and then return you to the border after your appointment.

• What are the costs for treatment in the Hope4Cancer Institute?

  Costs vary upon treatment plans and diagnosis. After speaking to a physician with Hope4Cancer, you will be directed to our patient liaison personnel. At this time you will discuss cost and room availability.

• How long is the treatment at Hope4Cancer?

  The average stay at the clinic is 10-21 days. Every cancer must be treated specifically to its cell type and your physician will determine the length of stay after he has reviewed your records.

• Is there a follow-up program at Hope4Cancer?

  Our philosophy at the Hope4Cancer Institute is to embrace each patient entirely as a member of our family. To fulfill this obligation we insist on bi-weekly interviews between the physician and the patient until both feel that the situation the patient is facing is under control. We will continue monitoring your supplements, lab results, and all scans in conjunction with the physician your regularly visit after returning home. Your future is important to us. • Will my insurance cover the treatment at Hope4Cancer Institute?

  Most private insurances do cover the treatment at the clinic. Patients pay the clinic directly and then our billing agency will submit the claim to the insurance agency. Your portion will be paid to you. It is important to give the clinic your insurance information before admission so that the clinic can give the success rate of past claims with your particular insurance company.
